Q1. How to use the eGift cards?

A: Input the gift code before you place the order. If you do not have an eGift Card, you can buy it from our online store.

Q2. Can I use a discount/coupon code when using an eGift card?

A: Yes, they can be used together. But eGift cards usually exempt from
discounts and promotions unless otherwise advertised.

Q3. Why there is a different price at checkout than what shows in my cart?

Because the price shows in your cart does not include the store discounts, eGift card, taxes and shipping cost.

In addition, the price of an item may increase or decrease between the time you place it in your cart and the time you purchase it. Please refer to the final price at checkout.

Q4. What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept major Credit cards, Debit Cards, PayPal and Bank Transfers. Please contact us at support@collamall.com if you want to pay in another way.

Q5. How long will it take to receive my order?

A: In-stock items are estimated to be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days from the date you paid for the order. After your order is shipped out, the package normally takes 5-8 business days to arrive, barring any delays from the logistics carrier. 

Q6.  How can I track my order?

A: After an order is shipped, a shipment notification email will be sent to you which includes the tracking details of the order. You can also scroll down to the footer menu which is at the end of this page and click the "Tracking" link. Put your tracking no. into the blank column and click the "Track" button, you are good to go.

Q7. What if my order arrived with damage or missing items?

A:  Please keep the original packaging of the parcel and take photos of it and the items you received. Then please notify us via email: support@collamall.com as soon as possible.

Q8. How to return the items you ordered?

A: Please confirm that your return complies with the refund policy. The return details are as follows:

1- Choose the order and select Return or Replace Items.
2- Select the item you want to return, and select an option from the Reason for return menu.
3- Submit your return apply, and you will receive a response from the Returns Center within three business days.
4- If the return apply is approved. To make sure that you receive the correct refund,please pack your item securely, following the instructions sent to you when you requested your return from the Returns Center and don't include items from multiple orders or shipments in the same box.
5- If the return apply is not approved. Please renegotiate with the Return Center.
